We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a diligent B2B Picking & Loading Operative to join our dynamic warehouse team in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate selection of business customer orders and their preparation for timely despatch, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently pick customer orders in line with company procedures
- Load vehicles safely and securely, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Utilise handheld scanners and warehouse management systems effectively
- Ensure all orders are packed to meet company standards and customer expectations
- Complete daily warehouse and loading duties promptly and accurately
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational deadlines
- Maintain and promote health and safety standards at all times within the workplace
- Previous experience in picking and loading within a warehouse environment is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Physically fit with the capability to undertake manual handling tasks safely
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards
