Overview
Field Service Engineer Mobile Fleet Technician. Permanent day shifts. Are you ready to go on the road and take your technical skills to a dedicated network of customer sites? If so, then this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Callouts
- Preventative Maintenance
- Emergency Breakdowns
- Pre-arranged servicing at rural sites
- MOT Preparation
- Engine work and diagnostic investigations
- Correction of running defects
- Chassis and fabrication work
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Improvement of vehicle standards
- Electrical and wiring inspections and corrections
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working on a mobile basis, preferably Agricultural or Material Handling equipment.
- Excellent understanding of vehicle technology; capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion.
- Class 2 licence would be beneficial.
- Self-motivated and independent HGV Vehicle Engineer, able to travel to clients' workshops in a designated area.
