We are looking for an Urdu‑speaking Executive Assistant to provide executive and personal support to a director who recently relocated to the UK. This role requires strong organisation, communication and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange international travel and itineraries
  • Complex diary management
  • Prepare briefing notes and take action points/minutes at meetings
  • Produce progress reports on ongoing projects
  • Conduct ad‑hoc research projects to provide insights and accelerate business processes
  • Provide full personal support, including travel arrangements, appointments, insurance renewals, excursions, gift buying, etc.

Qualifications

  • Considerable experience in a one‑on‑one support role for a C‑suite level individual
  • Person must be a fluent Urdu speaker (ESSENTIAL)
  • Experience supporting on both the business and personal side for a senior individual
  • Excellent communication skills, able to conduct regular proactive follow‑ups with internal and external departments
  • Excellent IT skills, and independent thinker who can work effectively under own supervision
  • Ability to travel to Bromsgrove twice a week (clean UK driving licence)
