TeacherActive is proud to be working with a lovely SEND provision based in Bromsgrove. This reception to post 16 school supports pupils with a range of mixed needs and provides a welcoming, supportive environment where every young person is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
The school is looking to take on a full-time Early Years Teacher on a long-term basis, starting immediately. The successful Early Years Teacher will be working with pupils within the Early Years setting, delivering engaging lessons, adapting learning to meet individual needs, and supporting pupils with SEND to make progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
The successful Early Years Teacher will have:
- QTS
- Experience teaching Early Years pupils in the UK
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
- Strong classroom management
- A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
- The ability to adapt lessons to meet a range of mixed needs
