Barker Ross Recruitment are recruiting for a General Bay Operative for our large client warehouse operation in the Portbury, BS20 area (Bristol). They are the largest dynamic temperature‑controlled warehousing and logistics company, reimagining the global food supply chain.

We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking General Bay Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation.

Available Shifts

  • AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
  • PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour

Weekly payment

Duties Include

  • Loading and unloading stock
  • Sorting and moving goods safely
  • General warehouse duties
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Supporting the warehouse team with daily operations

Requirements

  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
  • Reliable and punctual attitude
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
