Our Territory Sales Representatives are vital for our business to grow. You will build strong relationships with existing and potential new account holders to gain new accounts through a variety of methods, in order to achieve and exceed targets. The role requires ensuring the account base across each depot continues to grow and providing new customers with a full understanding of the Howdens model and its benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential account holders.
  • Gain new accounts and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ensure that the account base across each depot continues to consistently grow.
  • Provide customers with a full understanding of the Howdens model and how it benefits them.
  • Collaborate with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to convert sales, increasing sale per account and trading frequency.
  • Participate in sales meetings chaired by the Lead Sales Representative to share best practices.
  • Maintain autonomy in seeking new business opportunities and organising your own diary.
