Responsibilities

  • Tracking and maintaining smooth running of freight process
  • Accurate data entry of freight information
  • Client and vendor invoicing
  • Client contact updating on delivery and rapport building
  • General department administration

Qualifications

  • Administrative or customer services background
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Confidence in picking up new packages and systems
  • Previous freight industry experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience with CRM systems is beneficial; full training will be provided
  • Experience in air freight, import/export coordination, freight forwarding, transport or customs is considered
