Customer Services Administrator, £26,000 per annum, Permanent, 09:00am to 17:30pm M-F, BS35 Severn Beach, Bristol.

Expanding, forward-thinking and team-oriented, a multi-billion pound global freight forwarding business who are actively recruiting for a customer services administrator to join their team. With 350 offices worldwide, this role will see you working in their modern, purpose-built offices, playing a vital part within their team:

  • Handling client/customer calls and processing orders.
  • Inputting order information and checking inventory records.
  • Producing inventory reports via internal system.
  • Raising client invoices.
  • Liaising with transport companies to arrange UK-based pickup/delivery of products.
  • Providing warehouse staff with order information to prepare for dispatch.
  • Email and telephone correspondence with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Background in administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and confidence in learning new packages.
  • CRM system experience is beneficial; full training provided.
