We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary Schools across the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain classroom experience, develop behaviour management skills, or take their first step into a career in education.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensure students remain on task, and help maintain a positive learning environment. No teaching qualification is required, making this role ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, or anyone with experience working with young people. Driving is highly beneficial for this role, as it gives you access to a wider range of schools and more flexible work opportunities.
We also provide training and support for candidates who are looking to get into education, helping you build confidence and develop the skills needed to work successfully in schools.
