Lamination Operator - Permanent Role

Location: Elsham, near Brigg

Basic annual salary: £31,449 plus overtime and a quarterly Gainshare bonus scheme (up to 5%).

4 on / 4 off shifts (2 days / 2 nights). Rotating 12‑hour shifts (06:00‑18:00/18:00‑06:00).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operating lamination machinery in line with production and quality standards.
  • Selecting films, materials and operating supplies in line with job specifications.
  • Carrying out machine set‑ups safely and efficiently.
  • Completing in‑process quality inspection checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Unloading, recording, palletising and packaging finished product to customer requirements.
  • Accurately completing production reports and updating Mills/S4 systems.
  • Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting issues where required.
  • Reporting maintenance concerns to minimise downtime and prevent breakdowns.
  • Reworking non‑conforming product when necessary.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping, waste management and safety standards across the production area.
  • Updating Daily Management boards and supporting wider production activities as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience operating lamination machines within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good understanding of production and quality processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently to production targets.
  • Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts (06:00‑18:00/18:00‑06:00).
  • Own transport due to site location.
