We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a thriving business based in Brierley Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual with experience in customer service, order processing and administration. An immediate start is also available for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Process bookings accurately and ensure there are no duplicate entries.
- Investigate courier issues with DPD and DHL, including claims for failed deliveries.
- Manage international delivery enquiries.
- Respond to customer queries via ticketing system, email and telephone.
- Send pre-order notifications and updates.
- Generate return labels and process customer returns.
- Monitor eBay and Amazon accounts to maintain strong performance ratings.
- Support warehouse workflow and communicate order updates.
- Handle fraud notifications and elevate concerns appropriately.
- Assist with crediting customer orders once fully trained.
- Act as a key point of contact between customers, the warehouse and internal departments.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns and service improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales order processing or administration.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence handling challenging customer situations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
