Questech Recruitment are currently supporting one of our well established clients based in Bridlington recruiting for an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team within a food environment. The role involves maintaining and fault-finding on slicing machines, packaging machines, and automated production lines, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and downtime is minimised.

Key Duties:

  • Electrical fault finding and repairs
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Working on slicing equipment, packaging machines, and production lines
  • Supporting mechanical maintenance where required
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety standards

Requirements:

  • Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / HNC or equivalent)
  • Experience in manufacturing or food production environments
  • Strong electrical fault-finding skills
  • Knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery desirable
