Salary: 35,000 - 39,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

The main responsibilities of this internal sales role involve:

  • Communicating with existing customers
  • Preparing quotations for projects
  • Following up on inbound enquiries
  • Managing the Salesforce CRM system

Applicant should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in internal sales, sales operations, or logistics
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills

Your role will involve:

  • Preparing, issuing, and managing quotations for key accounts
  • Processing incoming customer orders and tracking sales performance
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and monitoring delivery schedules
  • Communicating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and forwarders
  • Maintaining and updating customer data and sales pipelines using Salesforce
  • Generating sales reports and analysing data within the CRM system
  • Managing and monitoring sales and inventory data to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Handling inventory reconciliation and preventing stockouts
