The predicted salary is between 23 - 23 £ per hour.

HGV1/LGV1/Class one/Category C+E Drivers required to work either a Friday evening or a Sunday evening (option of both hours permitting). Our prestigious new client in Stafford are urgently seeking HGV1/LGV1/Class one/Category C+E Drivers for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Starting any time between 22:00 and 02:00 on either a Friday evening or a Sunday evening (option of both hours permitting).
  • Driving both boxed and curtain-sided vehicles.
  • Duties include delivering fresh produce to small RDCs, wholesalers, or the client's own depots nationwide.
  • Anything between 1 to 5 drops per shift.
  • All loads are either on pallets or on crates with wheels; therefore, you will be expected to use either a manual or electric pump truck to move the produce to the rear of the vehicle where it will then be unloaded by an FLT driver.

Requirements:

  • Held your HGV1/LGV1/Class one/Category C+E licence for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Driven a HGV1/LGV1/Class one/Category C+E for a minimum of 6 months within the past 12 months.
  • No major driving convictions on your licence.
  • Hold a valid driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
