The predicted salary is between 28000 - 30000 £ per year.

Location: Bradford

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 7:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (PAYE)

We are looking for a reliable and flexible School Caretaker to support schools across the Barnsley contract. Duties include:

  • General site maintenance and litter picking
  • Planned and reactive repairs
  • Room set ups (porterage)
  • Supporting with security and site safety
  • Deep cleaning tasks (carpets, windows, kitchens)
  • Monitoring contractors and following health & safety procedures

You may be required to support different schools to cover sickness or leave. Occasional overtime may be required.

Requirements (Essential)

  • Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS - Child Barred
  • Experience in a trade or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to prioritise and work independently
  • Able to use own initiative
