Morson Edge is looking for a Boundary Cell Engineer to support new business requirements on the E-7 Wedgetail Aircraft. To work on behalf of our Aerospace clients. Our clients are innovators on a mission to connect, protect, explore and inspire. From the seabed to outer space, you will learn and grow contributing to work that shapes the world. Our Clients are responsible for delivering several exciting contracts to our UK defence customers including new capabilities like the E-7 AEW&C and the P-8A Maritime Patrol Aircraft, Autonomous Systems, C4ISR Services, Support for the Chinook & Apache Fleets, Logistic Information Services and Training Services and are very much in a growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • As the Boundary Cell you shall set up GOLDesp to encompass the full BOM/tooling etc of the new E-7 aircraft.
  • GOLDesp will be set up to enable full maintenance, repair and supply chain management (where applicable) for the E-7 aircraft.
  • Set up of the E-7 Aircraft GOLDesp.
  • Support to 201 ENG SQN in the population of Air System 'As Maintained' Structure.
  • Support to Progress Review WGs.
  • Ensure first time quality, requiring a high attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications & Competencies

  • Able to obtain UK SC security clearance.
  • A clear communicator with a can-do attitude.
  • Proven ability to drive first time quality.
  • LIS (GOLDesp) Training.

Desirable Competences

  • MJDI experience.
