Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full end‑to‑end permanent recruitment process across commercial roles
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, supporting career decisions and transitions
- Develop your market across the South Coast through business development and networking
- Source, engage, and assess high‑quality candidates using multiple attraction channels
- Provide consultative advice on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability
- Manage offers, negotiations, onboarding, and post‑placement care
