If you enjoy coordinating multi-channel campaigns, working with a wide range of stakeholders and seeing activity through from planning to delivery, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on student recruitment and brand visibility across the Group.

You will play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns and events, supporting recruitment growth and ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences at the right time.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital and events.
  • Coordinate marketing-led events such as open days, exhibitions and UCAS fairs.
  • Manage campaign schedules, timelines, budgets and evaluation activity against key performance indicators.
  • Act as a key point of contact for campaign delivery, working closely with curriculum teams, sales and wider stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, from briefing designers to managing suppliers and meeting deadlines.
  • Support copywriting, editing and proofreading of campaign content when required.
  • Work with digital, social media and PR colleagues to maximise campaign reach and impact.
  • Support data-led activity by working with colleagues to inform targeting, segmentation and campaign insight.
  • Represent the Marketing & Communications team at internal and external meetings and promotional events.
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience of coordinating marketing activity, campaigns, products or events.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and communicating clearly at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail, including proof-reading and quality control of marketing materials.
  • A proactive, flexible and results-focused approach.
  • A Level 3 qualification in a related subject (e.g. Marketing, Communications, IT or English), or equivalent experience.

Experience of working in education or the public sector, data-led marketing, and producing campaign copy is desirable but not essential. A professional marketing qualification (such as CIM) is desirable.

The location for this role will be discussed at interview. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support events.

Our Staff Benefits:
  • Local Government Pension Scheme - the Group contributes 15% of your actual pensionable pay.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days in line with continuous service, plus bank holidays and college closure days over the Christmas period which are not deducted from annual leave entitlement.
  • Discount schemes including discounts on shopping, restaurants, travel and onsite facilities such as our gym and First Steps Childcare nurseries (specific campuses only).
  • Family friendly policies including enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay (dependant on continuous service).
  • Continuous professional development opportunities including development days, funded apprenticeships and access to a range of other courses and activities.
