The Role:

As a BMS Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing clients, and proactively identify opportunities for new PPM contracts, minor works, and project opportunities.
  • Understand and assess the technical and commercial requirements of customers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide expert guidance on the capabilities and functionalities of BMS systems, demonstrating value and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of secured works from PPM contracts to support managers and minor works to the relevant managers.
