Our client is a well-established and growing Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist delivering maintenance, service and project solutions across commercial environments throughout London. Due to continued organic growth and the expansion of their maintenance portfolio, they are looking to appoint an additional Account Manager to join their service team.
This is a client-facing Account Management position focused on managing and developing an established portfolio of BMS maintenance contracts across London. Working closely with the existing service and engineering teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting contract retention and identifying opportunities for additional works and system enhancements. The role offers a balance of account management, technical understanding and commercial involvement, making it ideal for someone with experience within the BMS industry who enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Managing an existing portfolio of BMS maintenance contracts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting contract renewals and retention
- Producing quotations for remedial and small works
- Attending client meetings and site visits across London
- Identifying opportunities for upgrades and system improvements
- Liaising with engineering and internal service teams
- Providing high levels of customer service and technical support
- Previous experience within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Experience producing quotations or handling small works/remedials advantageous
- Technical understanding of BMS systems such as Trend, Delta or Schneider preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- 60,000 - 70,000 basic salary depending on experience
