An established and highly regarded main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Fit-Out Site / Block Manager for a flagship super-prime residential development in North London. This prestigious scheme consists of ultra-luxury apartments finished to an exceptional standard, with unit values ranging from £4m to £10m. The successful candidate will take ownership of one residential block comprising circa apartments, including duplex units of up to approximately 2,500 sq ft. The role will involve overseeing all internal fit-out works, ensuring programme, coordination and quality are delivered to the highest standard throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage all internal fit-out works from 1st fix through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors and drive programme on site
- Maintain exceptional quality and finishing standards
- Carry out snagging and de-snagging to a high standard
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team
- Proactively resolve issues and ensure deadlines are achieved
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fit-Out Manager / Block Manager
- Background delivering high-end or super-prime residential projects
- Strong eye for detail and high-quality finishes
- Proactive, organised and capable of managing multiple trades
- Professional approach with strong communication skills
