Location: Milton Keynes Area

Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available (Rostered Pattern or ADHOC)

We are currently recruiting Loading/Unloading Operatives to join our order processing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced warehouse environment where accuracy, efficiency and teamwork are essential to maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be working within a busy warehouse facility, supporting the smooth processing and timely dispatch of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with warehousing and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Loading and unloading containers and vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Carrying out manual handling duties as required
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records of completed work and processed orders
  • Managing returns and exchanges efficiently in line with company procedures
  • Supporting order picking and preparation for dispatch
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment
  • Working collaboratively as part of a hardworking team
  • Being adaptable to changing duties in line with business requirements
  • Always adhering strictly to Company policies and Health Safety procedures

Requirements

  • Be safety‑focused with the ability to maintain a secure working environment
  • Be physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
  • Be able to speak, read and write English
  • Have previous and checkable warehouse experience (desirable but not essential; full training provided)
  • Be able to provide a fully checkable 5‑year employment and/or education history
  • Successfully complete criminal record checks in line with CAA security regulations (DBS and/or PCC)
