- Remanufacture compressors in line with company processes and quality standards
- Carry out dismantling, inspection, cleaning, assembly and testing activities
- Test and programme frequency inverters and intelligent products where required
- Complete inspection reports and production paperwork accurately
- Support production planning and works order administration
- Assist with stock checks and inventory control
- Pack goods safely and securely for transportation
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Use workshop equipment safely and report any faults or defects
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Support the wider workshop team with additional duties where required
