Hello, we are currently looking for a Production Operative. Our client based in Milton Keynes is recruiting on a Temp to Perm basis.
Job Purpose: The Production Operative is responsible for supporting the manufacturing or production processes by operating air guns, handling materials, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production tools or equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing or assembly processes.
- Inspect materials, products, or equipment to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Assemble and pack products as per company specifications and customer requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Report any faults or issues with equipment or materials to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Monitor production levels and notify supervisors of any discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output and waste levels.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Attention to detail and focus on quality control.
- Basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
- Ability to operate tools safely.
- Good communication skills to report issues and work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet production targets.

Hours of Work: 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Pay: £12.71 holiday accrued or £14.24 holiday paid.
