Location: Milton Keynes
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am‑6pm
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Retentions Team by completing daily administrative tasks.
- Taking inbound calls from customers and passing them over to their advisor.
- Managing lapsed policy notifications from insurers and uploading them to our dialling system.
- Managing your diary and workload confidently, taking ownership of your day while collaborating with your team toward shared goals.
- Sharing ideas and feedback to improve processes, profitability, and the overall customer experience.
- Staying up to date with insurer processes, attending training and webinars, and completing 15 hours of CPD annually.
- Occasionally reaching out to families by phone whose Life Insurance policies are at risk of lapsing, understanding their situation, and helping them stay protected.
We’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in an office‑based administrative environment is essential.
- Resilience and empathy. This is a fast‑paced, people‑first role.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
- Experience handling reinstatements, missed premiums, or lapse warnings with life insurance providers is a bonus.
