Hours of work: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (30 minute lunch break)

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation that places customers at the heart of everything it does. As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of contact centre operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email

  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve first contact resolution whenever possible
  • Maintaining a customer-focused approach while meeting operational objectives
  • Ensuring all customer interactions remain compliant with regulatory and internal standards
