Precedo Healthcare are seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our established team. You will be required to support people with learning disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities and mental health conditions either in their own homes or Supported Living Services. As a Support Worker, you will be a vital part of a person-centred team, helping individuals lead their most independent lives.

Each day will be different, with your responsibilities including:

  • Ensuring Safety and Wellbeing: Help our clients stay safe, manage their medications and ensure their environment is clean and comfortable.
  • Support Daily Living: Assist with everything from personal care to helping clients develop new skills and engage in their favourite activities.
  • Empowering Independence: Encourage and support individuals to access the local community and enjoy the activities they are passionate about.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker in the past 3 years
  • Drivers are preferred
  • You will have a passion for making a difference
  • You will have a positive, caring and proactive attitude
