A global retailer with a presence in over 25 countries and driven by recent acquisitions across Europe is looking for a Finance Business Partner to manage finance for over 700 stores in the German division. The role involves financial accounting for month-end, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting to the operations management team, preparation of weekly trading reports and dashboards for the CEO, monthly trading performance presentations identifying key trends and drivers, and collaboration with the management accounts team to analyse performance by site, brand, and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial accounting for month-end, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Management reporting to the operations management team.
  • Prepare weekly trading reports, dashboards, and present them to the CEO.
  • Prepare monthly trading performance presentations, identifying key trends and drivers.
  • Work with the management accounts team to understand monthly performance by site, brand, and location.
Qualifications
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Preferably within the retail or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong financial planning and analysis experience.
  • Ability to business partner with non-financial colleagues and build lasting relationships across manufacturing and supply chain.
