Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded Law Firm based in Lancashire, which is looking for an RTA Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team.
Role: RTA Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: Lancashire/Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 annum DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy caseload of pre-litigated and/or litigated RTA personal injury claims.
- Draft key legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court pleadings.
- Handle MOJ Portal and OIC Portal claims from start to finish.
- Negotiate settlements with insurers, defendants, and other representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Qualifications:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury.
- Someone with excellent communication, advocacy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet billing/fee targets.
