The Successful Candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing several Support Managers and the teams they oversee who are providing support to people with Learning disabilities.
- Working as part of the Senior management team, maintaining outstanding quality of support and being part of developing further opportunities to provide support for more people.

Experience and Personal Qualities required:
- Previous experience in providing supported living and community support for people with a Learning Disability and complex needs in a management role.
- Knowledge of CQC regulatory framework.
- Ensuring self and the team complies with the relevant Care Quality Commission Essential Standards.
- Great communication skills and adaptability to manage diverse teams leading by example.
- Ability to build positive and reciprocal relationships that benefit Thera, particularly with other support services and within virtual networks.
- Computer literate and competent in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Passionate about ensuring people with learning disabilities are at the forefront of designing their own support.
- Ability to evaluate and manage the compliance of quality assurance systems including audits and reviews.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
