A well-established UK specialist consultancy headquartered in the West Midlands, providing comprehensive water hygiene and Legionella control services across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. The organization operates as a Tier 1 provider, specializing in regulatory compliance and technical water treatment infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

  • System Disinfection: Comprehensive cleaning and chlorination of domestic water systems and cooling towers.
  • Plant Maintenance: Inspection, descaling, and servicing of calorifiers and associated plant.
  • Monitoring & Testing: Temperature profiling and TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) fail‑safe testing and servicing.
  • Specialist Servicing: Carrying out basic system maintenance and, ideally, Closed Management System Treatment (CMST) or clean and close system specialisms.

Technical Essentials

  • Industry Knowledge: Practical experience in water system cleaning, chlorination, and TMV servicing.
  • Compliance: Ability to record accurate data for site logbooks in line with ACoP L8 guidelines.
  • Desirable: Experience in CMST or similar closed‑loop system specialisms.
  • Mobility: Full UK Driving License. Willingness to work away (up to two nights per week) and travel nationally.

The Package

  • Overtime: Enhanced rates of 1.5x for Saturday/Weekday and 2.0x for Sundays.
  • Travel: Paid travel time beyond 30 minutes.
  • Benefits: Company vehicle, 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, and enhanced company pension.
