Job Role:- Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with special educational needs
- Creating individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each pupil's specific needs and abilities
- Implementing creative and engaging teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Using a range of specialised resources and equipment to support pupil learning and development
- Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic approach to education
- Assessing pupil progress and providing regular feedback to pupils, parents, and the school's leadership team
- Contributing to the school's inclusive and nurturing ethos, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in special education
