We are recruiting for a SharePoint Engineer to join our client, supporting and evolving a global estate of critical platforms across SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure, and web infrastructure. This is a key role combining hands‑on engineering, platform ownership, and technical leadership, ensuring our systems remain secure, resilient, and high‑performing while helping drive modernisation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure Cloud Services, and web infrastructure
  • Provide 3rd line technical support for critical business systems
  • Monitor, optimise, and maintain platform performance and uptime
  • Support and enhance Azure services, Single Sign‑On (SSO), and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Hands‑on experience delivering and supporting SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments
  • Exposure to both on‑premises and cloud based (Microsoft 365) SharePoint platforms
  • Day‑to‑day SharePoint administration in production environments
  • General understanding of SharePoint's dependency on SQL Server
  • Ensure global availability, scalability, and disaster recovery capability
  • Lead platform upgrades, code releases, and deployments
  • Maintain and improve web and SharePoint environments globally
  • Drive automation and DevOps best practices
