We are hiring for a Service Engineer to join a specialist manufacturer, supporting customers across the UK with servicing, maintenance, and technical expertise. Unlike many field service roles, this position offers a more structured approach to travel and site work, with engineers typically remaining within the same area or on the same project for longer periods rather than travelling somewhere different every day.

What will you be doing as a Service Engineer?
- Servicing and maintaining specialist industrial safety equipment on customer sites
- Delivering a high level of customer service and acting as the face of the business
- Supporting internal teams (sales, admin, operations) when required
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities and promoting service plans
- Completing critical field service tasks to agreed standards
- Managing van stock levels and keeping tools and parts organised
- Completing all documentation accurately (timesheets, site reports, expenses)
- Following company and site safety rules at all times
- Attending training sessions and technical meetings
What will you need?
- Strong mechanical, electrical, or plumbing skills
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environments
- Clean driving licence (essential)
- Good IT skills for completing reports and documentation
