We are recruiting experienced Senior Support Workers for children’s residential homes in Birmingham. You will support young people within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while leading shifts and supporting staff teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading shifts/staff
  • Full UK manual driving licence
