While the studio works across multiple sectors, this opportunity focuses on Industrial projects, offering a rewarding chance to apply your technical expertise and contribute to impactful developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, models, and specifications using Revit and other CAD/BIM tools.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop practical, efficient, and buildable design solutions.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building regulations and design intent.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to address technical issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Proficient in Revit with strong knowledge of BIM processes and workflows.
- Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards.
