Our client manufactures brass hardware and accessories and is looking for a CAD Engineer.

CAD Engineer Role: Technical product development of door and cabinet hardware.

Salary: Up to £45K.

CAD Engineer Job Specification:

  • Design and develop products using CAD software using Auto Desk Inventor and Vault.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and optimised for manufacturing.
  • Ensure all design and technical work meets company standards and values.
  • Good knowledge of metals and machining processes.
  • Degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with shop floor machining and manufacturing processes.
  • Producing BOMs (Bills of Materials) and technical documentation for manufacturing teams.

CAD Engineer Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 12.30pm Friday.

This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
