We're looking for an experienced PMO Lead to establish and run a delivery function in a technology-led environment. This role will start as a 6-month FTC with strong potential to convert to permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support 2 Project Managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Design and embed a scalable delivery framework, including governance and reporting.
  • Own and manage the portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
  • Oversee delivery of technology and change initiatives (time, scope, budget).
  • Establish and drive a structured change function.
  • Manage senior stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and escalation management.

Key Experience

  • Proven PMO Lead / Senior PMO experience in tech environments.
  • Track record of setting up or improving PMO/delivery functions.
  • Strong portfolio and roadmap management experience.
  • Experience delivering technology and business change projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.

Desirable

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or MS Project.
