Key Responsibilities- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for military personnel
- Running a section and supporting senior kitchen staff
- Working within a high-volume contract catering environment
- Maintaining strict food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety standards
- Working efficiently as part of a disciplined catering team
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
- Background in contract catering, large-scale kitchens, or similar environments (preferred)
- Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
- Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to offshore rotational work
- Comfortable working in a remote / island location
- Up to £17 per hour for the right candidate
- 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off work-life balance
- All transport and travel costs covered
