A day in the life of a NIGHT SHIFT Warehouse Operative will involve using in-house systems to ensure parcels are dispatched to the correct destinations. This includes scanning parcels accurately and sorting them into the correct loading bays ready for delivery. Attention to detail and taking pride in your work are essential, as every colleague plays an important role in the parcel's journey to the customer. Parcels should be handled with care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. The warehouse has a welcoming and supportive environment, with management available to assist whenever needed. All colleagues work together with a collaborative approach to achieve the same goal.
FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
Work location: LE10 3FF Hinckley
We work closely with a trusted transport partner to support travel to and from work. Transport can be paid directly to the transport company on a daily basis.
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Requirements:
- Able to cope with physical work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good attention to detail
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems is beneficial
- Flexible approach to shifts and duties

- No criminal convictions, as a DBS check will be required before starting work
