Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for factory operatives to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B46.
Duties:
- Loading / Unloading materials into moulding machine
- Removing products from moulds
- Finishing / trimming final products by using power / hand tools
- Pallet building
- Wrapping
- Heavy lifting involved
- Hot Environment / Factory environment
Working hours:
6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am (12h shift) either day or night MONDAY - THURSDAY - for training then perm weekends FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY
Pay:
- Day Shift £12.21 per hour
- Night Shift £12.21 per hour + £10 per shift night allowance
- Weekend Shift £13.43 per hour
- Overtime - Anything over 40hrs is paid at £15.26 per hour
