M&A Tax Director required by a Top10 Birmingham Accountancy Firm. An award‑winning leading firm is looking for this role in the Midlands Tax Team. The firm operates across the UK, Nordics and USA with around 100 offices in the UK alone and has seen dramatic growth in recent years, placing it among the Top10 UK firms.
Responsibilities
- Consult on M&A transactions from both buy and sell perspectives, working closely with clients and the Corporate Finance team.
- Advise SME clients on due diligence, share transactions, modelling and structuring.
- Lead, manage and coach other members of the Midlands Tax Team.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in an M&A Corporate Tax role.
- ACA or CTA qualification.
- Strong leadership skills and a dynamic approach to client solutions.
