The Head Teacher is seeking to appoint an experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer who is passionate about their subject and committed to inspiring learners. The successful Health and Social Care Lecturer will play a key role in driving student achievement, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting learners to progress onto higher levels of study, while effectively following and implementing established schemes of learning.
The successful Health and Social Care Lecturer will have:
- A first class or 2:1 degree in the subject area
- QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment
- IQA/Assessor Qualification
- Experience in teaching young people in a diverse setting
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
