An ambitious and forward-thinking QS practice are seeking a like-minded MRICS Associate Quantity Surveyor with Director ambitions to join their Birmingham office.

The Managing Director is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is eager to lead, develop, and grow their existing QS team in the West Midlands. With the support of the wider team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering projects, winning new work, driving marketing and business development initiatives, and supporting recruitment efforts.

  • Previous experience as a Senior or Associate QS
  • Excellent pre and post contract experience
