United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a UK Corporate Counsel (M&A) based in Birmingham with a hybrid work model, allowing 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will oversee legal aspects of M&A transactions, collaborating with the international legal team to drive acquisitions.

Ideal candidates will be experienced corporate lawyers with 5+ years PQE, skilled in negotiation, proactive, and capable of managing the full lifecycle of M&A transactions. Experience in the technology sector is a bonus. The role offers a salary of £80,000 to £95,000 plus benefits.
