My client, a well established retail business with a strong DTC presence, is looking to recruit a Head of Digital Marketing. This is a permanent position joining an established team reporting into the CMO. The business is looking to scale its DTC ecommerce business with this additional hire. This is an exciting time to join a business at a time of growth.

The role will blend strategy and hands-on delivery. It will lead a small team and external agencies and will encompass campaign planning, management and reporting across the following channels:

  • PPC
  • Paid Social
  • Affiliates
  • SEO
  • Email

In addition, the role will lead on ecommerce performance, covering the following:

  • UX and CRO
  • Site Merchandising
  • Ecommerce trading

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a strong digital marketing and ecommerce skill-set with a demonstrable track record of delivering results. They will possess a broad digital channel mix and will have had oversight of conversion and trading performance. Additional requirements include:

  • Data driven and analytic
  • Commercial, curious and keen to test-and-learn
  • Experience within retail (marketing) or other similar fast-paced consumer markets
  • People-management experience
  • A blend of strategy and delivery

Hybrid - Birmingham (3 days). Highly competitive package.
