We are looking for a proactive Facilities Assistant to join their facilities team on a fixed‑term basis (9 months). This hands‑on role combines office operations, facilities management, and administrative support. You will assist the Facilities Manager, help maintain smooth office operations, and be involved in archiving sensitive documents.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with office maintenance, equipment checks, and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, provide refreshments, and ensure offices run smoothly.
  • Organise, file, and securely manage wills and other sensitive legal documents.
  • Provide front‑of‑desk cover where required.
  • Assist with projects, admin tasks, and office co‑ordination.

Requirements

  • Must have a full UK driving licence to travel between sites.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Interest in facility management.
  • Available to start immediately and commit to the full 9 months.
  • Happy in the office full time, Monday to Friday.
