The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of private client work, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters.
- The role involves providing clear, tailored advice to a diverse client base and preparing high-quality legal documentation.
- You will be expected to maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the firm's business development initiatives.
- Depending on experience, there may also be opportunities to supervise junior team members.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 10+ years' experience in private client law.
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, transfer of assets, and trusts.
- Excellent communication skills and a sensitive, empathetic approach to client care.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently.
- STEP qualification (or progression towards it) is desirable.
- Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services.
