Win-berry is recruiting a Permanent Executive Assistant / Office Manager for our client, a reputable Medical Devices company based in Birmingham, West Midlands. This key role involves providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, overseeing office operations, and supporting special projects. They will act as a crucial point of contact internally and externally, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.

The role demands a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience supporting senior management, preferably at executive or CEO level.
