What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute business change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new manufacturing systems.
- Develop and implement communication and change management plans to minimise disruption to business operations.
- Conduct business change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform training plans and ensure readiness.
- Host workshops and process walk-throughs to articulate the transition from current to future business states.
- Create and execute stakeholder communication campaigns, including What’s In It For Me initiatives tailored to specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and engagement.
What You Will Bring:
- Strong experience in change management methodologies and tools, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes.
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and engagement.
- Ability to critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and align business needs with technical solutions.
- Relevant accreditation or equivalent working experience in change management frameworks (e.g., APMG CM, PROSCI).
- Experience in creating and aligning standard timing plans for business change and readiness.
